Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal of Dreamlight

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.

The deadline is considered met if you send an email to
hello@dreamlight-store.ch  within this period and inform us about your withdrawal.

Withdrawal Registration (Requirement)

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is necessary that you contact us by email before returning the goods.

Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name and address
  • affected items
  • optional: reason for return

After reviewing your request, you will receive further instructions as well as the correct return address from us.

Important note:
Returns without prior registration or sent to an unconfirmed address cannot be processed.

Return of Goods

After approval of your withdrawal, you have 10 calendar days to return the goods to the address provided by us.

The goods must:

be in original condition
be complete (including accessories)
be returned in the original packaging

Note:
The products may be tested as part of an inspection.
The condition is that they remain in perfect condition and show no excessive signs of use.

Returns are made at the customer’s expense and risk.

Refund

Once the goods have been received and inspected by us, the purchase amount will be refunded.

The refund will be made within 20 calendar days after:

receipt of the goods or
proof of shipment

using the original payment method.

Depreciation

Dreamlight reserves the right, in cases of:

  • damage
  • excessive use
  • missing components

to demand appropriate compensation or to deduct it from the refund amount.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

A right of withdrawal does not exist or is only limited in the following cases:

  • products that have been specially made according to customer specifications
  • digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier
  • services that have already been fully provided
  • products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and have already been heavily used

Note:
Discounted products or limited special editions may be excluded from withdrawal if this was explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
